Our class equips participants with the knowledge and skills to successfully navigate the end-to-end process of developing, launching, and managing products. Designed for aspiring product managers, this class focuses on practical and strategic tools of product management, including understanding customer needs, analysing market trends, and aligning products with organisational goals. Participants will learn to create and manage product roadmaps, define clear objectives, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

The course also emphasises hands-on learning, such as hypothesis testing, prototyping, and running experiments to validate ideas and ensure customer-centric solutions. Additionally, attendees will explore strategies to transition from a project-based to a product-focused mindset, fostering innovation and long-term value.
