The Agile Product Owner is a crucial role responsible for defining the product vision, prioritising requirements, and ensuring that the development team builds a product that meets the needs of the customers or end-users. They act as a bridge between the stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and driving the successful delivery of the product.

In Studio’s mm Agile Product Ownership, you will experiment with different techniques and tools that will enable you to become an effective Product Owner and lead the delivery of the product. The course is focused on how value should be created and delivered to your customer or end-users using the right techniques and approaches that will enable collaboration with stakeholders and your teams ensuring the practices that work in an agile development environment.
